70’s Glam Rock Double Header – Vig Vam Bam & Sami Q Band as Suzi Quatro

West Yorkshire based Supergroup, playing all the best early 70’s Glam rock.
6 piece 70’s glam rock band from Leeds. Formed 3 years ago for a one off party but couldn’t stop there and have been gigging successfully in and around Yorkshire ever since. All the classic hits from Alvin stardust to Wizzard.

The Sami Q band is a high energy, exciting new tribute show, playing Suzi Quatro hits and covers from 1973 right up to the present day. They are made up of Sami Q, as Suzi, Jase North as Len Tuckey, Stevie Keys on piano/organ, Rich Taylor on rhythm guitar and Jeff Rich (ex Status Quo drummer) on drums.

So far the shows have proven to be very popular and a great success, playing to full capacity audiences.
Sami had the great privilege of meeting and singing with Suzi in June 2024.
Suzi’s team have also seen the footage of the most recent show and asked Sami to do a write up for their newsletter, which is a great honour!

The show has great attention to detail and is very entertaining & informative. The performance includes favourites such as Devil Gate Drive, Can The Can,
48 Crash, Stumblin’ In, If You Can’t Give Me, Love Glycerine Queen and many more!
